Privacy Policy

This policy describes what BnbHostHub collects, why, and what we do (and never do) with it. The short version: we collect only what the Service needs to coordinate turnover work, we send only operational messages, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers — ever.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a salted hash) for owners and managers; name and phone number for field members added by their manager.
• Property and booking data — property names/addresses you enter and the contents of the booking-calendar (iCal) feeds you connect: stay dates and the guest labels those feeds expose.
• Work records — job confirmations, close-out photos and notes, damage reports, work orders, supply requests, and timestamps of those actions.
• Technical basics — session cookies (to keep you signed in) and standard server logs. We use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To run the Service: showing schedules to the right people, syncing calendars, and generating reports for the owners and companies you're connected to.
• To send operational messages only: invitations, schedule links, daily job digests, confirmation reminders, and damage/completion/supply alerts, by SMS and email. We send no marketing messages and maintain no marketing lists.

Text-message consent

Phone numbers are added by the account holder or manager who works with you, and the first message you receive identifies who connected you. By using the Service you consent to receiving these operational texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; message frequency varies with your schedule and message and data rates may apply.

Who can see your data

Only the people your work is connected to: an owner sees their properties' jobs and reports; a service company's managers see their clients and crew; a field member sees their own schedule. We share data with no one else, except the service providers below.

Service providers

We use Twilio (SMS delivery), Mailgun (email delivery), Render (hosting, in the United States), and Anthropic (optional automated photo review). Each receives only what its job requires (e.g., Twilio receives the phone number and message text).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active so your work history stays available. Email hello@bnbhosthub.com to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account; deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
