Terms of Service

BnbHostHub ("the Service", "we") is an operations portal for short-term-rental owners and the cleaning and maintenance companies that serve them. By creating an account or using a schedule link, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

BnbHostHub syncs booking calendars you connect, turns checkouts into turnover jobs, and lets owners, service companies, and their field members coordinate that work — schedules, photo close-outs, damage reports, work orders, and supply requests. The Service is currently in early access and provided free of charge to early-access participants; paid plans may be introduced later with advance notice.

2. Accounts and access links

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• Field members access their schedule through a private tokenized link instead of a login. Anyone with a link has that member's access — treat links like keys and ask a manager to reissue one if it may have been shared.
• You may only invite people who have agreed to work with your properties or company, and you must have their permission before entering their phone number or email.

3. Text messages and email

The Service sends operational (transactional) messages only — invitations, schedule links, daily job digests, job confirmations, damage and completion alerts, and supply-request updates. We do not send marketing messages. SMS recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP (see the Privacy Policy); message and data rates may apply.

4. Your content

Photos, notes, reports, and calendar data you submit remain yours. You grant us the right to store and display that content to the people you've connected it to (your team, your clients' owners, your company's managers) — that's the point of the Service. We never sell your content or use it for advertising.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, upload unlawful content, probe or disrupt the system, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party calendars

Calendar feeds come from your booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, and similar). We display what those feeds contain; feeds can lag or contain errors, and you're responsible for confirming critical details against the source platform.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a coordination tool: scheduling decisions, property care, and work performed remain the responsibility of the people performing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@bnbhosthub.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced to account holders by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
